Question about Function Generator XR2206CP

Hi Dear Reader,

I bought the function generator XR2206CP. I closed my circuit exactly according to Figure 14 in the datasheet which is for pulse and ramp generation. I applied the 12 voltage as Vcc. I chose the R1= 50k(Pot) and R2=100k(pot) and C=470nF. I also chose other numbers. It is so weird that when I Sweep and change the variable resistor R, Duty cycle remains unchanged and only with changing the R2 duty cycle changes.

Could you please help me how I can tackle this problem?
