Strange results with LED model

Using the built in LED models, my circuit simulates properly. If I change the model to the one below, the behaviour is very strange, I can only think there is a bug or one of the parameters is out of range. Any ideas how to get this to work?

Valid for bin 'L1' with Vf(binning) = 2.80 V and If(binning) = 65.0 mA
Model is valid for junction temperature Tj=25 C only.
