support - "Invalid e-mail verification code"

When I log in, I get the message "Invalid e-mail verification code. " at the top of the box against a pink background. When I click on it, nothing happens.

Obviously I am logging in okay or I wouldn't' get to that page.

If I need to re- verify my email address, by clicking on "my account", that doesn't give me on any way to resend it. My email address is correct on that page also.
