Resolution of Time Axis

I'm studying the transient behavior of the inductive spike in an analog power supply choke when the supply voltage is switched off. I'm hampered by the x-axis (time axis) seemingly being limited to 4 significant digits. Can the time axis be changed to read microseconds instead of milliseconds?
