Primary/Secondary on Flipped Transformers?

If a transformer is flipped left/right, which winding is primary?

How can I know by looking at the schematic or the dialog box?

Or, is the Primary always on Left, Secondary always on the Right?

This is a graphical problem: the symbol needs to show which is primary and which is secondary. Maybe also needs to show the turns ratio.
