How to measure any voltage at specific required time

I am trying to plot voltage across capacitor at specific time v/s variable series resistor i.e My X-axis is Series resistor R and My Y-axis is Voltage across Capacitor at specific time. But there is no way I am able to enter the time parameter which prompt the plotter to plot the voltage at time t and not at time t=0.

Can anyone help me with this
