Solar LED Lighting with battery circuit help

hello all, I have a 5watt, 12 volt solar panel and I would like to make use of it. I want to make a LED table light to glow. Pls help me in designing a simple circuit. I want to store charge in the battery during day and I want to use the table lamp, for 3 to5 hours in the night for studying. Pls provide simple circuit with all protection and specification, Also let me know how many watts bulb to be used?
