Hello to everybody; And Im quite noob with electronics, and circuit lab. And I need somme help in order to check and correct my circuit: https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/6utbdw/3power-led-3transistor-switches/ This circuit is intended to create a power led lamp I want to put 3 reed diodes that could be activated sequencially (the switch is a reed one) the leds are 20Watt 13.5V-->1.4A 15.0V-->1.8A the batt is a li-poly 4s 5000mah May you help me..? I doesnt know how to simulate those huge leds, and also the correct transistor. Many thanks...!!! |

You need a resistor in series with each LED. See: https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/43c233/ir-led-control-no-resistor/ You also need to edit the LED model to represent the forward drop and slope resistance of your desired LED light engine devices. https://www.circuitlab.com/forums/optoelectronics/topic/6vu3zs7w/how-to-add-an-anonymous-led/ To edit models see also: https://www.circuitlab.com/docs/faq/#q_add_custom_models You could try replacing the bipolar transistors with MOSFETs but simply model them using voltage controlled switches. I'm not sure how to more accurately model a Li-poly battery. |
