4-Voice Shunt-Type Diode-Fuzz Circuit with 3-Band Tone
RS-Timbre "Fuzz Maniac III". Original design by Kurtus Richter. 4-Voice shunt-type diode-fuzz circuit with 3-band Fender-style tone-stack. Same as the Fuzz Maniac II but with the addition of an LED array in the Diode Matrix, and use of high-fidelity op-amps throughout. See the Fuzz Maniac II for performance and other details. For totally clean operation with fuzz off, keep the OPA2134PA for IC. For MOSFET op-amp distortion with overdriven IC1 or IC2, substitute with an OPA2156IDR for either or both. For more tube-like vintage op-amp distortion with overdriven IC1 or IC2, substitute with an NJM5532M for either or both. See Description for Fuzz Maniac II for additional details.
