Overdrive circuit with shunt-type Schottky-diode fuzz and a 3-band Fender-style tone-stack. Controls Include: Input Gain, Overdrive, Tone Drive, Fuzz enable switch, Fuzz symmetry switches (two, with 2 positions each; for setting harmonic content of fuzz), Fuzz Depth, Bass, MId, Treble, Stack Sum, Output Gain, and Volume. Frequency Range 12 Hz to 16 kHz with all controls at 50%, but extends in both direction with all controls > 50%. Suitable for 6/7/8-string guitar or 4.5.6-string bass. Maximum Gain = +29 dBV @ 250 Hz with all controls at 50%, or +37 dBV @ 400 Hz with all controls at 100%. [Do not use circuit with all controls at 100% except as a brief worst-case scenario during breadboard testing.] The circuit can be used for stomp-box or rackmount projects. The battery can be replaced by a regulated single-polarity +9V DC power-supply providing >= 20 mA of current.
