Tubulation III MOSFET + Op-Amp Distortion w. Diode Fuzz

Tubulation III is much like Tubulation II, but with a diode array added for incorporating shunt-type fuzz with the MOSFET and op-amp distortion. It also has a bit more overall gain. Controls Include: Input Gain, Clean Level, Clean Bass, Clean Mid, Clean Treble. Distortion 1 Gain, Distortion 2 Drive, Distortion 2 Gain, Distortion Tone, Fuzz enable switch, Fuzz symmetry switches, Fuzz Depth, Distortion Attenuation, and Output Gain. Frequency Range 25 Hz to 40 kHz with all controls at 50%. Suitable for 6/7/8-guitar or 4/5/6-string bass. Maximum Gain = +27.4 dBV @ 2.5 kHz with all controls at 50%, but > twice that with all controls at 100%. Meant for rackmount projects. The battery can be replaced by a regulated single-polarity DC supply providing +12VDC at >= 60 mA of current. And though simulator verified, treat the circuit as experimental. Breadboard test before soldering.
