Split-supply guitar preamp with 3-band tone and diode fuzz.

Split-supply guitar preamp with 3-band Fender-style tone-stack, soft-clipping Schottky diode fuzz circuit, and auxiliary buffered output (in addition to normal output). Controls Include: Input Attenuation enable switch (Attenuate or Direct), Attenuation control, Fuzz enable switch, Fuzz Drive control, Fuzz Depth control, Fuzz Response switch (3-position), Fuzz Treble Select switch (3-position), Drive control, Bass, Mid, Treble, Stack-Sum control, Gain, and Volume. Frequency Range: < 25 Hz to > 20 kHz. Suitable for 6/7/8-string guitar and 4/5/6-string bass, but with slight emphasis on the highs. Maximum circuit gain = 24.7 dBV with all controls at 50%. For more gain, to treat circuit as an overdrive, replace 1M Gain pot with a 10M pot, and the 500k Stack-Sum pot with a 250k pot, to obtain maximum gain of 43 dBV.
