Clean Boost with 3-Band Tone-Stack
Clean Boost with 3-band Fender-style tone-stack for the Dream-Rig Project. Use this circuit to insert a 3-band tone-control circuit at an Input or on an Output of the Exclusive Selector (Circuit 2). Controls here include Drive, Bass, Mid, Treble, Stack Sum, Gain, and Volume. Power-supply not shown. Requires a regulated dual-polarity DC supply providing +-9VDC or +-12VDC or +-15VDC at >= 20 mA of current. Note: Higher supply voltage results in lower op-amp noise. Experimental circuitry. Breadboard test before committing to a soldered build. Example Connections: Patch-cord only between Circuit 1 Output 1 and Selector Input 1, to constitute Channel 1. One clean boost (Circuit 3.1) each between Circuit 1 Outputs 2, 3, and 4 and Selector Inputs 2, 3, and 4, respectively, to constitute Channels 2, 3, and 4, respectively. One clean boost each with 3-band tone (this circuit) on all of the Selector Outputs.
