Added Signal Inverter to photo detector circuit.
1) When SW1 is open and detector is aligned, timing circuit produces a spike when beam is interrupted. When SW1 is closed and detector aligned, timing circuit produces a gap when beam is interrupted.
2) D3 LED displays resulting timing signal.
3) BR1 allows timing circuit to be plugged in in either direction.
