Active Signal Splitter for Electric Guitar

Active signal splitter for electric guitar. 1-In / 2-Out splitter with up to +13 dBV of gain. Controls Include: Gain, Level 1, and Level 2. No tone controls. Frequency Range with all controls at 50%: 16 Hz to 6.3 kHz. Suitable for 6/7/8-string guitar or 4/5/6-string bass. Gains per Frequency with all controls at 50%: 0 dBV @ 16 Hz, +5 dBV from 63 Hz to 1.6 kHz, 0 dBV @ 6.3 kHz. Range with all controls at 100%: 10 Hz to 20 kHz. The specified IC was chosen to ensure clean operation regardless of control settings. Power-supply not shown. Requires a regulated dual-polarity DC supply providing +-9VDC or +-12VDC or +-15VDC at >= 40 mA of current. And though simulator verified, treat circuit as experimental. Breadboard test before soldering.
