Fix it, please,Mr. Evans!

Mr. Evans:

After being a loyal customer for years, CircuitLab keeps making my life miserable. I still cannot copy and paste from former designs.

So, I tried to use an old Windows 7 computer to try it there. Now, the new problem is that it does not let me in from that W7 computer and tries to use for password recovery (change) a julianort username instead of my present Julianortu one.

The support site ignores me.

Help ASAP, please.
