Change digital levels from 0-5 to simulate CMOS

I was trying to simulate a simple astable that I've built using a 4093. As shortcut, I thought I would just use NAND gates. It oscillates, but the output is 5V which is not enough to switch the p-MOSFET later in the circuit. Or at least the simulator isn't switching it (the real-life version on my breadboard works just fine...). The circuit is here https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/4txgca/dew-heater-control/

Is there a way to change the logic level for the digital circuits?
