5-Band Active EQ Circuit for Electric Guitar
5-band active EQ for electric guitar. Controls include: Input Gain, Direct Send, Drive, Treble Gain, Treble, High-Mid Gain, High-Mid, Mid Gain, Mid, Low-Mid Gain, Low-Mid, Bass Gain, Bass, Output Gain, and Volume. Uses four OPA2134PA dual FET-input op-amp ICs. For stomp-box or rack-mount applications. Power-supply not shown. Requires a regulated dual-polarity supply as follows: +-9VDC or +-12VDC or +-15VDC providing >= 40 mA of current. Usable range above 0 dBV is from 60 Hz to 10 kHz. Two max gain points with all controls at 50%: +19.5 dBV @ 630 Hz and 24.6 dBV @ 4 kHz. Recommended for 6-string electric-guitar in standard tuning. [Not suitable for 7/8-string guitars or bass-guitars.]
