TEST1 PUBLIC

Hi,

I would like to build a 48 leds driver using high domestic voltage with no transformer. I known it's very dangerous but all the circuit will be well celled. Leds current should be arround 500mA adjustable by the LM317 block. I have several questions about this scheme idea. Is it a good electronic solution and method ? About C30, probabely high current at start. Should i use a soft-start relay to charge C30 width a resistor and shunt the load resistor after 1 or 2 seconds ? The 12V DC power, is an isolated power, so can i connect it like this with the others blocks? Thanks for advices and your best solutions.
