Soft-clipping fuzz circuit using silicon diodes, with 2-band Baxandall tone-control, and a normal output and a buffered output. Controls Include: Direct Drive, Gain, Fuzz switch, Tone Drive, Bass, Treble, Buffer Level, and Volume. Max total gain = 20 dBV @ 300 Hz with all controls at 50%. Max total gain = 25 dBV with Gain control at 100% but all other controls at 50%. Usable Range: 25 Hz to 10 kHz, with emphasis on mids, but with highs dropping off severely above 10 kHz. Suitable for 6/7/8-string guitar or 4/5/6-string bass. With Fuzz disabled, circuit will function as a moderate-gain signal booster, with 2-band tone, but not a high-gain overdrive.
