Make your own battery tester.
Digital devices often reject batteries once the voltage drops a little, even when they still have plenty of useful charge. This circuit uses a resistor voltage divider to give a RGB instant view of battery state. Plenty of Green is good for any use. Yellow may be good for a flashlight, radio or other non digital device. Only Red showing is probably too low to be useful.
