i have tried to implement this circuit in lab.but i am facing a problem.whenever i am providing a input of 3.11 v , i am getting the output volt as 4 volt which is more than the input voltage and simply not possible.i dont know about the ground i.e whether i have to ground it or not.if i have to then where.pls help me out...waiting for your kind response..
