The band pass filter was designed by Dr. Ilyad Obeid from Temple University which represents an analog front end scanner. There are only 4 out of 6 filters shown here.
This 4 stage filter contains a series of 4 pass filters that amplify signals to some extent based on the design. The first filter is a high pass filter that amplifies signals above 122 Hz with a very high gain. The second filter amplifies the same signal, however, the gain only amounts to 1.26 and is not very high. The next 2 filters are low pass filters that pass all signals below 12.9 kHz and 14.6 kHz with gains of 1.23 and 1.91.
