I wanted a way to test how close a device is to tripping a GFCI breaker. This circuit would read a current transformer and then do the required filter. UL 943 specifies the measurement type as rectify, then average. It does not request true RMS measurement.
Ground leakage circuit designed to attempt matching the bandwidth of UL 943. Not shown is an XTR111 that will convert the output to a current loop for input to an industrial dyno. The input is a current transformer coil
