This will allow the user to have 2 batteries and be able to charge a phone... etc... It's also a flashlight.
This setup in theory should allow the user to switch between two 9v batteries if one battery is low or dies so this system will supply a backup power supply for future use and to double the life span of the device. I am very new at this and if there are any problems please notify me and I will fix it as soon as possible.
