This circuit is intended to reduce the cost of fossil fuels, by reducing the demand for them. It does so by allowing free emf radiation into the picture. Free emf radiation powers the receiver antenna array, with drainage current going on to power a 9-Dimensional transmitter antenna array. Current goes to "ground," and voltage goes out of the 9-Dimensional transmitter antenna array. For 9-Dimensional transmitter antenna array specs, be prepared to spend about $1,000 on supplies.
