Ideally, the output is 12V on amp 2 and 5V on amp 1. Although the voltages are there, I suspect there is little to no current available. It was intended to supply both levels to a temperature controlled cooling fan switch. The 5 volts is there and functional, but the fans will not turn on by the 12V supplied.
