There is a "glitch" in my version of this circuit. It won't run when the top rail voltage is set to anything greater than 4.9V
This is the circuit received from the Circuit Academy. I could not get the simulation to run when the top rail was set to +5 volts. It would only run "as expected" with the maximum top rail set to less than +4.9V. I built the circuit shown from scratch. I also downloaded the circuit directly from the Circuit Academy link provided, but had the same result.
