If you draw your circuit in CircuitLab so that you can simulate it then you can see what it is supposed to do.

For help, first read:

and

https://www.circuitlab.com/docs/faq/

i cant draw as the transistor is not available i.e. BD140 in lab

If your circuit does anything at all then it will almost certainly do it just as well with pretty much any NPN transistor. After all, you can't blow up a tranny in a simulator.

You can also get a spice model for the BD140 and then edit the available parameters in one of the NPN models in CL to those of the BD140 spice model. (You can just ignore the parameters that may be surplus in the BD140 model).

Don't draw.

Simulate.
