How do I build this specific Blutooth speaker? It's all chaos..help SOLVED

First off, I'm an electronics Luddite & retard. However, I'm trying. I drain the dead for a living (embalmer/Funeral Director) Therefore, I have little to no experience. I love learning! It's a passion similar to a narcotic. Ok-so - to the point..... I'm trying to build my own wireless bluetooth speaker. However, I've run into a roadblock. The author of the photo schematic that I'm using has confused me.

How do I connect this photo schematic: http://www.electronoobs.com/images/Circuitos/tut_9/safety_charging.png

To this schematic?: http://www.electronoobs.com/eng_circuitos_tut9_sch1.php

Here are the complete directions http://www.electronoobs.com/eng_circuitos_tut9_sch1.php

As I said before, I'm electronically challenged. So, the most basic answer is required.

Thank you in advance.

Connect the output of the boost converter marked OUT+ and OUT- to the power input of the amplifier marked 12-36V + and -. Two wires, a red one for OUT + to 12-36V + and a black one for OUT- to 12-36V-. Hope this helps, mike.

So I have another question-if you don't mind sharing your knowledge.

In the instructions, the author tells one to use 2X li-ion batteries....like this: https://www.amazon.com/1100mah-ICR17500-Li-Ion-Rechargeable-Batteries/dp/B06XXXT6QQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1529341289&sr=8-1-fkmr0&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=2%C3%97+ICR17500+17500+Size+A+Li-ion+Rechargeable+Battery+For+Torch+1100mAh+3.7V

I wanted to know, can I use a single 7.4 li-ion battery? https://www.amazon.com/UPGRADED-Double-Horse-9118-Helicopter/dp/B007OYGSK6

Thank you for your time.

The Li-ion batteries are being charged from usb, which is only 5V. The charging circuit shown can only charge a single cell (or several in parallel). The 7.4V battery contains two cells wired in series. Any charger used with these has to run from approx 10V and needs to be a 'charge balancing' type to ensure that the two cells are charged equally and don't get out of step. Better to use what is recommended.
