Quick question, I found a mosfet (DMG1012T) that switches at 500mv, I just want to know if the switch will turn off when it goes under that voltage. If not, I know there are these relay switch things that look like a tube with a little stick that will close if there's a certain voltage applied (I don't remember what they're called) that I could use. Thanks :D |

minimum Gate Threshold Voltage of DMG1012T is 0.5V, so when Vgs is less than 0.5V, it will turn off. But it's maximum Gate Threshold Voltage is 1V, so different part has different Gate Threshold Voltage, between 0.5 and 1V. |
