how to make 8 bit Adder

I want to make 8 Bit adder and want to show input and output using 7segment display

Many possibilities, from a FPGA to individual gates, passing from IC dedicated to do just that.

A 4 bit adder, by Ben Eater, with 4M views, at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvJc9CZcvBc could be a nice start. He also converts the bits to display the digit on a 7-segment display in another video, but there again, you can use dedicated IC (although TI does not support it anymore, you can buy it from EBay from China).
